My charge 2 is not counting steps accurately since the latest iOS update 13.1. How do I fix it anyone know?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not counting your steps. Is your tracker not counting steps at all, under counting them or over counting them? What type of activities have you seen are been affected by this? Could you share a screenshot of your activities before and after the update?

I do not have a screen shot. But I was out all day Sunday walking and the fitbit only registered 10,036 steps. My cell phone was in my back pocket and it registered over 14,000 steps. So I am concerned it is not accurately counting steps. Yesterday I shut it off and turned it back on so I am just waiting to see if it is working better. Have not been out to do any significantly walking
