My charge 2 stopped sincing to my samsung 9+.  Is there a way to correct the problem?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you. It seems to have started sincing when my phone was restarted
after an update, but I went through the steps to restart the fitbit for
good measure.
