Hi Team,

Charge2 has stopped syncing since 2nd November 2018. I thought might be incompatiblilty eith Android Pie. But itsinoti syncing even on Android Nougat.

I've done following:-

1. Restarting the device - steps mentioned in the post (Putting it on charging and holding the key for 4 seconds)

2. Tried syncing on other Device - Android Nougat - Moto G4 plus.

Any would be highly appreciated.

Hey @Zainaab, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! The phone models that you stated on your post, the Nokia 6.1 Plus and the Moto G4 Plus, are not compatible devices, so I'm afraid that the operation system isn't the only problem but also the fact that these phones don't meet all the requirements to connect with Fitbit devices. On the other hand, I want to thank you for trying some tips to make them sync. It seems that after the OS update, many non-compatible devices were affected. Anyways, you can take a look and follow the troubleshooting tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks @HeydyF for the response. It was compatible before the update.

When can I expect an update for Nokia devices as I don't see Nokia listed in compatible devices at all.

What are the requirements for compatibility?

Thank you so much in advance.

Thanks for your reply @Zainaab. There is no date for Nokia phones to be released as compatible with Fitbit devices. Now in regards of the requirements, I can mention Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing.

Please let me know if you have further questions or comments!

I hope you are doin' fine @Zainaab! I understand how you feel about this. By now I can only tell you that our team is always working on adding more phone models to the compatible devices list, but when this one or any other Nokia will be on that list, certainly I don't know.

I will appreciate your time and patience.

Hey @corydodt, I hope you are doin' fine! We still have no update about the compatibility of this phone, the Nokia 6.1, with Fitbit devices. In the meantime, as I always suggest, you can try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and see if they work.

I'll be around!

Still very frustrated that after the November 2018 FW update that my Charge 2 will not sync with my Nokia 6.1.  It used to work, Fitbit made a change, and now it doesn't work.  How is that not something that Fitbit can address?  Is there a method to manually roll back the FW on the Charge 2 for when it did work with my phone?
