Had anyone found a Lavender band that true to colour?

Hello all,

i purchased a limited edition Charge 2 Lavender and Rose Gold tracker last year. Unfortunately the band didn’t last long and I looked for a replacement online, trying one of the knock offs. Unfortunately though it was advertised as lavender in colour it was most certainly pink and I hate it. I am desperate to find a replacement lavender band and decided to purchase the genuine one from Fitbit but now I’ve discovered they’re no longer available! Just my luck. I’ve even been looking at buying a whole new tracker just to get the band, which I realise is stupid but I really want that colour. So my question is, has anyone actually managed to buy a true to original colour replacement knock off band? I don’t want another pink one and there’s so many on the market, I wish Fitbit would have just kept selling the original replcement bands 😞

@CurlzMT Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear about your difficulties finding a lavender wristband. As you said the Charge 2 isn't being sold anymore but hopefully some members can help in finding this for you. I would also add if they can share pictures of the wristbands they have so you can have a better idea of what you may get but also note that these aren't Fitbit items so they won't be covered by the warranty. Still I hope you can find something you like.

I spent 2 days trawling the internet and all methods of buying online ebay, Facebook, gumtree etc) and managed to find one new original lavender replacement band and one knock off that is supposedly true to colour. I would much rather buy the original bands but when they no longer made it makes it hard. I also brought another rose gold and lavender tracker near new second hand. My current ones screen is cracked though it still works for all intents and purposes. So at the moment I’m covered for lavender bands but I’d still love to hear from anyone who has successfully managed to find a true to colour replacement and from where. I know the day will come where I’m in the same predicament again!

@CurlzMT Hi , im having the same issue with the Black sports bands, I think it is shocking that they are not supporting the charge 2 with accessories for a reasonable amount of time after the last purchase (I would suggest the warrantee period at least to stay within legal obligation - just because they stopped the tracker they should still have something in place for returns, fixes and replacements)

on another point although they are not Official Bands (you may have checked already) but you may find something that is acceptable here https://www.amazon.co.uk/DigiHero-Fitbit-Charge-Replacement-Accessory/dp/B01LYKYZ8Y   (the sports straps are a bit strange and I will search for some that are more like the official ones) as the comment with ref to warrantee mentioned by @AlvaroFitbit is a bit of a mute point if they are not going to restock these accessories and the customer should have been advised on this before they purchased the device and on the run up to the end of the charge 2 device

Hello Curlz MT ~ I stumbled on your message. I am in the same predicament as you. May I ask, where did you find in your search finding an original Rose Gold Lavender replacement band? I too share in your LOVE of the Rose Gold. I am tireless in my search and because my warranty has expired.  I am DESPERATE!!! I do NOT want to have to purchase the PLUM with the silver buckle. On my chat to a Fitbit representative, I did preface my discern as to why they only sell the limited Rose Gold Lavender Edition as a complete package. It does not make sense!

Hi there, sorry to hear that you are in the same predicament as I was. I ended up getting 2 new bands from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. She had one original lavender S band and a knock off L band that is exactly the same colour. I don’t know where she got it but it’s the same colour and diamond pattern and it is holding up exceptionally well, no marks or stains like I got with my original Fitbit band. So they’re obviously out there! I also brought a second hand rose gold tracker which came with the lavender band. My best suggestion would be to try second hand channels and see if someone is selling an original band they haven’t used or a tracker cheap, also also see if you can contact sellers on eBay/amazon and ask if the band they sell as lavender is true to the original colour. @CurlzMT, @ColetteD-K Hi , in addition to my last post I would now change the original link to search in Amazon for Mornex Straps Plain  - they seem to have a good rep and their Mornex Breathable Straps are really comfortable as I have tried these due to failure of stock replenishment.

no  guarantee that the colour is exactly the same but sure you will find one that will suit or be close

It will only go to waste, I’m glad it will go to use as it is a lovely band. I have the official Fitbit lavender and rose gold strap, size small and never worn, and I have an unworn ‘unofficial’ silver and lavender strap - I’m happy to send both with no extra charge other than postage. How would you like me to send them to you? I’m based in the UK, Hertfordshire.
