I am new to Fitbit, but today was asked to log on, which was unusual, then the dashboard was different, apparently updated. Now it won't sync. I am primarily interested in my sleep and my steps and neither shows today's information.

@CChumley Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your charge 2 isn't syncing. How did the Dashboard changed? Could you share a screenshot? Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

Last sync was yesterday. I'm using an iPhone and have not had any issues before now. Even the Fitbit app on the phone isn't registering correctly (not logging exercise or sleep). Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
