My Charge HR2 is a few weeks out of warranty and has stopped syncing. Have tried everything but no luck.
Original watch was replaced after 6 months as strap broke (known design flaw). Does anyone know if the warranty starts again when replaced? I’m really hoping it does as the watch is useless if I am unable to sync it.

I'm afraid the warranty doesn't start again - the replacement is only under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
I know you say you have tried everything but, just in case, here are the usual steps I recommend for troubleshooting syncing issues. Hopefully there will be something there you have yet to try:
