My Charge 2 has stopped syncing. Not showing as a available Bluetooth device on my phone screen. On Fitbit app selected unpair to hope if I tried to pair again it would show. Rebooted phone twice and still no sign of Fitbit in the Bluetooth listed devices. So now no idea what to try next? Help!

Hi @CARAMELCRUSH have you removed the Charge 2 from your phones Bluetooth? This is how to unpair.
Now if the Fitbit app will not setup the Charge 2 we will have to fix your sync issue by going through these steps. Once we get the sync issue fixed, we should be able to set it up.

I'm seeing a similar problem with a friends Pixel 3XL and a Charge 2. Resetting the phone and the Charge 2 enabled you to go through the re-connection process - they are communicating fine and pair OK, the phone sends four digits to the Charge 2, you enter them on the phone app and then it tells you that the connection is slow and quits. Clearly it's a issue with the Fitbit app, it's communicating fine with Charge 2 and is working at getting you to buy a new Fitbit - welcome to the Google World.☹️
I was a big Fitbit fan back in the early days when everything worked and bought a load of them for my family and a couple of friends, but these days the devices are just a pain. When my Charge 2 died I had to downgrade to a Charge 4 ... that's probably the only option left for you.

I tried this suggestion, but it doesn't work. I have a Google Pixel 2 and I have the latest update on my phone. I've reset the phone and the watch and the Bluetooth still won't connect. It's weird cause the 4 digit code is sent to my watch, but when I put the code into the app, it doesn't connect. Unless the app gets an update for Charge 2 users, the watch is now just a watch.

All these problems are due to App updates, I would be very happy with Fitbit if I had the option of returned to the old app that worked really well and was easy to use all the time. The problem is that Android app get updates every few days - each update add new features and better bugs. It's the modern app environment - I don't want to sound pssed off about this, I've very happy that the Fitbit coders are not working for Boeing, writing code to make the 737 max fly better. 🙄

I'd be so happy if Fitbit would swap my Charge 4 for a Charge 2 - they were so much better.

After about 10 attempts over two days it connected. Very frustrating! I can only put this down to the software updateand you mention.
