Charge 2 strap does not stay on.

 Probably this is the last time I am buying any fitbit product. The strap does not stay on and keeps coming off even when I am exercising. Heart beat rate is all wrong and suddenly drops off. I will be shocked if fitbit is still in business a few months from now. There are other better competing products.

Do you hear a click when attaching it? As that means it is secure.

 

Are you using a Fitbit band or a 3rd party band?

 

I have been using Fitbit products since 2010. Trust me it will still be around

Hey @hikingking, I hope you are doin' fine! I'd like you to make sure that you are correctly wearing your Charge 2 band, as @WendyB suggested. You can review the instructions in this help article to do so. 

 

Now in regards of the heart rate, let me ask you this, are you getting this "--" instead of your BPM? Let me know. 😉 You can take a look at the tips in this help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
