I was running the other day when I noticed that the strap had loosened from the tracker. I disconnected the strap and reconnected it to realise that one side would no longer connect properly. Is the strap covered under the warranty?

@jay5t Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your wristband is falling off. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside to secure it. Also the band is covered by the warranty which you can check here.
