Charge 2 stuck on setup

I've had my Charge 2 for a few years. Never a problem. All of a sudden, it's stuck on the setup screen. When I hold the button for four seconds while attached to the charger, the screen goes off, then the logo comes on, but again, goes right back to the setup screen.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you tried setting up the tracker again? If you haven't please do this and see if this helps solve the issue.
