My charge 2 has just stopped working all of a sudden after working perfectly fine for 3 years. The battery died and now it is s unresponsive. There's no indication that it is charging except it gets a bit warm. I cleaned it throughly and even bought a new charging cable. Any ideas?

Mine has just locked on the battery charging symbol on screen. I cannot turn it off or reset it using button on the side. Never happened before and I don’t know how to unlock it now

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem. My charge 2 is 3 years old and out of warranty now. It has stopped working altogether. It started with display problems though it was syncing with the app and I could see the data there. After few days the green LEDs also stopped working. Now the tracker is not even syncing with the app and I can't see any data. I called up the customer care and they told me the same thing that nothing can be done now as they don't have any repair centres or facilities. This is really bizarre as we spent so much while buying these products and getting them repaired is the least we could expect from them. Also buying one more Fitbit product is out of question as they are way too expensive..!!!!
