Good Morning,
I am currently using a Charge 2 with an Android device. The app is version 22.22.55.2.
The phone received an os update to Oreo and since then, there have been synchronization issues.
When the app is refreshed, instead of saying "syncing", it says "looking". This then requires me to unpair tland re-pair the tracker. It then switches from "looking" to "syncing" then takes about 2 minutes to sync. If I do this on the morning, I may have to do it again in the evening. I usually receive notifications on the tracker, however that no longer happens because it does not sync.
Today is Saturday; the last time it synced was Tuesday.
I have tried the suggested fixes in the forum: restarting the tracker, restarting the device, unpair and re-pair. All of which to no avail.
How do I fix this issue?

Same here. But not sure it was Oreo, more the new firmware for Charge 2.

Same thought here; may upgrade to another brand at this point.
