My charge 2 tracks my steps but they do not sync to my iPad or I phone. When I try to sync nothing happens or try to set up device, nothing happens

Is your Charge 2 connected to your Fitbit account @Tomeuw ?
Have you tried restarting the phone and tracker?
Shutting the phone off.
Stopping the Fitbit app and clearing the phones cache?

I have the same problem. I already reset the fitbit and delete from application and nothings works. I so sad.
