Charge 2 vibration

My charge 2 keeps vibrating and is switching back and forth between notification on and off. If I hold the button down it goes back to the main tracking screen for a second and then goes back to the vibrating notification screen. I’ve tried restarting but that did not work.

When you normally press and hold the button it toggles notifications on / off so it sounds like a problem with the button. Sometimes it's just got stuck in and when freed it returns to normal. However, in this case it sounds like the button is faulty so I would contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check on your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
