Both mine and my husband's Charge 2 fitbits stopped accepting a charge yesterday. Batteries are about 10 percent left!

Are you both using the same charger?  If so, can you try the charger that came with the other tracker?

Thanks, but we are using our own chargers. I finally got them to charge
today. Now we'll see how long they hold the charges. I just thought it
strange that both of our fitbits and chargers stopped working at the same
exact time.
I appreciate your input.
