It seems a lot of people are having the same problem. My Charge 2 has stopped syncing with my iPhone. Some have mentioned syncing manually. How do I do this?

My flex 2 has stopped syncing with my phone. I've reset the Bluetooth connection, restarted my flex 2, deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. Nothing. I believe my iPhone was recently updated to a new iOS, but I don't remember if it was yesterday when it stopped syncing.
