Charge 2 will not sync

So I’ve had my Fitbit charge 2 for about two year now and recently I noticed it won’t sync with my phone. I have an iPhone 7, this is the first time this has happened. I’ve done everything from logging out of the app, deleting the app, powering off my phone, restarting the Fitbit, updating my phone and the app and nothing seems to work! This last sync was August 22, 2019.

I have been having the same problem. After resetting everything I cannot pair. I get as far as entering the 4 digit code then it just says.try again.

I haven’t even gotten that far! I’m still stuck in it saying ‘searching for device’. I have my watch on and everything but it still wont sync
