This is the second Fitbit Charge 2 I’ve had in 15 months that has had a cracked screen. Before that I had 2 Fitbit charges that both had to be replaced within 19 months, that’s nine months for one and 10 months for the other, because both bands bubbled up and were unsightly. Does Fitbit not have quality control? How do I get this fixed and not get another defective product?
