I attach Fitbit to charger - it appears to be charging - but after substantial amount of time, go back and it hasn’t charged..... Help please! I’ve tried 2 different chargers, so feel it can’t be the charger......

Fitbit offer a few suggestions in their troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those don't help then, as it says at the end of that help file, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
