Just recently, my fit bit charge 2, stooped connecting with my PIXEL 3A, I TRIED ALL THE SUGGESTIONS, I reset my fit bit, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, i turned my phone on and off. Same with the Bluetooth, I Even went as far to do a factory reset on my phone and The Fitbit won't connect. I'm very disappointed because The fit bit was a gift after I had a QUADRUPLE BYPASS heart SURGERY, it was great for my recovery exercises, now I cant Even enjoy it,I cannot afford a New one because I lost alot of money due to the surgery.

Hi @MrWilliam here is the list of compatible devices - click to view. Your phone isn't listed.
here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.
If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features. "

Please stop misinforming MrWilliam. We are a community of user with the same issue. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Charge-2-pixel-3-Unable-to-connect-sync/td-p/4....
This is problem coming from fitbit, NOT from him or his phone.

@MrWilliam what phone do you have?
When you say that it does not connect, what error message are you seeing?
As for connecting to the tracker, this must be done through the Fitbit ap
