I’ve had my Charge 2 for roughly two years. I wear it and use it everyday. This morning, I went to check the time and nothing, even though I charged it last night. I put it on the charger for 2 hours and when I took it off, it said full charge. I wore it for 15 minutes, went to check the time and it was dead already. I plugged it in and there was an “i” on the screen.
Does this mean my battery is shot? I’m really disappointed. I really liked my Fitbit.

I have had the same problem. This past weekend I noticed my Fitbit was dead. I had just charged it on Friday. I gave it a full charge Monday morning. Tuesday morning I get the notice that my Fitbit battery is very low. I has been only 24 hours. Is my Fitbit dying?

try disconcerting from app and reconnect or try to reset the fitbit before charging

Hello,
Mine is doing the same.
I did try to reset, nothing, charging it again: not working
Making certain it is plugged in properly and clean: does not work 😞

I plugged in my dead Fitbit Charge 2 this morning when I arrived at work (0700) and by 1230 it was dead again. I wonder if Fitbit has any trade in programs to update when products stop working.

Mine is also about 2 years old - over the past week or two, a full charge lasts a progressively shorter time - it used to last about a week, now down to under 24 hours.

Mine is also about two years old. I charged it last night and it lost its power very quickly. I noticed the two green lights on the back were very bright and stayed on.
Has there been an update that has not worked.
