Charge 2 won't stop vibrating

My charge 2 no longer holds its charge and when I connect it to the charger, it's constantly vibrating.

I've done a factory reset but, this hasn't cured the problem.

Is there anything that can be done?

The device is approximately 3 years old

Thanks for the details and troubleshooting performed. If you already tried to perform a restart as instructed here and your Charge 2 keeps vibrating, I recommend you to contact our Support team by chat or phone so they can check with their tools what's happening with your device and look for a solution.
