They probably want us to upgrade. I have used mine little since Covid struck. Began again recently and nothing but trouble since. Perhaps i missed a software update somewhere between March and Sept?

Just read the comments in the Appstore. Looks like the problems came from Update 3.32 or 3.32.1.

My Charge 2 also stopped syncing on the 15th, based on the previous replies it sure looks they might have implemented something on the 15th that has broken the syncing? Hopefully someone from Fitbit will read this forum and get this problem fixed quickly.

It is now Oct 20 and no one from Fitbit has said anything about what happened or how to fix the problem. I am thinking of getting a Smartwatch and it will definitely NOT be a Fitbit because of their ability to mess things up when the do an update and their lack of timely response.

I just deleted and reinstalled the APP. Now syncing is working again.

My charge 2 died at the end of September and when I got back and charged it around October 5th, it no longer synced. I tried resetting bluetooth, restarting my android phone, trying to sync to iPhones, but all to no avail. If Fitbit doesn't fix this I'm going to get away from using their devices. It's not worth purchasing if the device has an expiration date and they're not willing to continue servicing them.
