Along with many other people, my charge 2 stopped syncing. I'm not exactly sure of the date, but it was sometime last week (week of Oct 11). I have a Pixel 3xl running Android 11. I'll try to layout all the steps I've taken, but I'll probably leave something out since I've spent so much time troubleshooting.
I wish the fitbit app had log files that I could use to diagnose what might be going on, but there doesn't appear to be any.
Like other users, I'm quite frustrated that syncing just stopped working (the watch still works just fine) and the only answers out there are the typical reboot, reconnect, etc etc. Any actual feedback from Fitbit sure would be appreciated!
