I have read the existing suggestions but am still unable to resolve my issue. My previous Charge 2 was working fine until early Feb 2025. It then would no longer sync and I tried the suggestions in this community and nothing worked, so I thought it might be the device. I bought a new Charge 2 (I didn't want to upgrade as I was happy with my existing device), Initially the new device worked and would sync, but only after I added the app to my iPad & then it would also sync with my Android phone. But in the last few days that's stopped and now neither my phone nor the iPad can "see" my phone on Bluetooth to pair. I have restarted the Charge 2, I've removed and reinstalled the app on my phone and iPad, I've turned Bluetooth off and on and nothing is working. What next??

Hello @sfbrennan and welcome to the Community. You mentioned using both Android and Apple devices. Did you set up one of these devices to receive Notifications? Fitbits make a tight Bluetooth bond to the device that is set to receive notifications. I have my Fitbit app on my iPhone and iPad. I must sync with my phone.
I might have some bad news for you, too. IMO, the Charge 2 is the most reliable wrist tracker ever released. But it is a legacy device. It looks like Fitbit/Google removed firmware updates for legacy devices. There are posts in the Charge 2, Alta/Alta HR, and Blaze forums -- models that were all released about the same time. Users who added these devices recently say they get firmware update notices, but can't update their devices.

Thank you Laurie. I've removed the app from my Android phone and have just been able to setup on the iPad app and it's synced today, but for previous days it has some of the data, but reduced to 0 for others. Fingers crossed I can sync again tomorrow without uninstalling etc. I want to be able to sync when I'm travelling in a couple of weeks so it updates to the right local time. Here's hoping ... I guess I may have to consider buying a newer version tracker.
