Charge 2 is not showing the correct time and date

Is Fitbit giving any support to Charge 2 devices?  I can not set the correct time or date on my device. It is not a device shown on their website to allow trouble shooting.  Is it just my bad eyesight or has it become obsolete?

You cannot directly set the date or time on any fitbit device.  Date and time are taken from the phone at each sync.  That is the only way to set the date or time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
