Charge 4 blacks out when using GPS

Hi I start GPS tracking my activity , and when I end usually about an hour later my charge 4 has blacked out and is totally unresponsive . 

When i get home I connect to the charger Fitbit starts again and battery level is 75% this happens every single time. 

I ve tried one restart which did nothing and I dont have an update overdue . Can anyone help if they had the same and fixed this ? Many Thanks Paul
