Hi,
As posted above, my Charge 2 won't sync since Dec 2018 on BlackBerry KeyOne Android 8.1.0.
I have contacted FitBit and received no help whatsoever, just the same steps that they mention in all the guides.
Everything worked perfectly until December 02, 2018, that is the last time it worked.
Following their suggestions, I had to remove the device from my account, but when I tried to connect it back, it doesn't work.
I get to the point where the FitBit gives me the code, I put it in the phone, and done. It doesn't go any further.
FitBit answer that BlackBerry is not compatible is not acceptable since the device worked until a specific date without any issue.
Anyone else with this issue?
I was invited to buy the newer Charge 3, but I won't buy FitBit ever again if this is the kind of support they provide.

@MP0 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker ins't syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi Alvaro,
This is exactly what I have been told for the past 3 months. Not a solution.

I've had the same problem with my Charge 2 on an iPhone 6, iPhone 7, and my laptop, so your Blackberry is not the problem. The replacement Charge 2 I received, also will not connect, despite going through all of the troubleshooting steps repeatedly. Now waiting on ANOTHER replacement, hoping I have better luck this time. Something is up with the Charge 2, I see a lot of entries here on the forums with people having the same issue. I can't get any real answer or explanation from Fitbit, they just keep giving me the same ideas to try, and sending me replacements when nothing works. I'd rather know WHY this is happening, and whether or not they are working on a solution.

Thank you for the update. I don't know if I should be happy that I'm not alone, or sad that FitBit does not care about its customer.
At least you got a replacement, mine is out of warranty I doubt I will get a replacement. I'll give it a try.
They keep giving me the same steps to follow, how hard is it to understand that they are not helpful?
So disappointed with FitBit!

Unfortunately this has been attempted but without success. Charge 2 syncs up with my windows 10 laptop just fine but will simply not pair with my Blackberry KeyOne and while I understand that this device is not on your list, you did point out that it has not been tested. The first Key One has been available for some time. Surely, testing could have been managed by now to address this issue

Hi SaydrenKoth,
I am so disappointed that I changed brand altogether.
I tried to pair the Charge 2 with my wife's iPhone 8 and also with iPhone X from a friend. Same issue.
It seems like FitBit decided to go with planned obsolescence.
I will never support this type of business strategy, they lost a customer and I bet that more will follow.

I bought a charge 3 and it paired with my keyone for 2 days and then stopped. Cant do anything to get get paired. I will try to contact fitbit and see if they are any better than what you experienced.
My partner has a fitbit surge and it works very well with his blackberry! go figure.
