Every time I go to sync my Fitbit with the app, it claims that my Fitbit is dead and therefore can’t sync. I’ve tried everything I can think of and haven’t been able to fix the issue. It’s been doing this for a little over 2 weeks now.

Does your phone literally say that your Fitbit is dead? If so, this would be the first time I have heard of that.
Or is it some other error message that you are interpreting as claiming your Fitbit is dead?
