Charge 2 won't sync

My Charge 2 is charged and near my phone. My phone has bluetooth on and is syncing with other items. I have not used Charge 2 for a couple months. When I wanted to use it again I made sure to fully charge it. I went into the Fitbit app to ask it to sync but it won't sync. The date on the fitbit is the older date - the last time it did sync. What should I do?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I have tried  all that got to put in cvode then it cant find it
