Charge 2 quit syncing last Thursday. Tried to sync on Windows 10 laptop and Android phone. No luck following instructions on website.

Same here. Mine just randomly moved ahead 3 hours. It says it's syncing but still displays the wrong time.

maybe it is a fitbit internet problem, they do not post when it is a problem on their end
