GPS data not being recorded correctly

When ever I am doing activity like run or ride I switch on the activities in the my charge 2 by connecting the same with the mobile GPS . But unfortunately I not getting  recorded with real datas. After completing a Some Km of run or ride the charge 2 show one zero.only the time is running other details are not recording properly. So kindly do the needful to solve the same .

Let me help you with your GPS data recording. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
