My charge 2 won't sync, I have done everything possible to get it to sync but won't, it has been doing it for a while now but today it just refuses to sync what so ever.
Any advice or is it time to save up for the next model up?

Mine is exactly the same! I have had it about 3.5 years and it was fine for the 1st 6 months or so, then needed syncing every couple of days so I stopped using it for a while as it was driving me mad. Then I tried again but had the same problem. Have done this every few months ever since but today it just won't sync at all.

I've just bought a secondhand Charge 2 on ebay and have an older iphone (5s). i can do nothing at all with this combination. the fitbit won't sync with the phone and is not discovered even by bluetooth. and i can't download either the fitbit app or the latest version of ios.
my question to the above posters is what phone and os are you using ?
and has anyone else got any advice on what to do in this situation ?

So I plugged it into charge and held down the button on the charge 2 until the fitbit sign came up and now it has synced. But what a pain in the backside if I have to do this every week 😪
