Charge 2 won't sync

My Charge 2 battery was down to 20%, but it wouldn't sync so I put it on the charger. Now the battery is at 100%, but it still won't sync, and still shows the battery at only 20%. I have tried turning everything off and on in different patterns and nothing works. It does not show up in my Bluetooth paired devices, although my Sense is still there.. When I try to search for devices to sync with Bluetooth, the little circle just keeps on turning. It never finds the Charge 2, Even though it's been synced with Bluetooth on this phone for years.
