Charge 2 won’t track my steps

So today at work I saw that my Fitbit wasn’t tracking my steps, normally I hit over 10,000 everyday (I work in a warehouse) I’ve tried syncing it again, adding a new charge 2, deleting and re-downloading it. Nothing is working. Has anyone else have this problem? I’ve checked everything on my fibit and nothing is broken and everything is working fine..it just stopped tracking my steps.

@x04evr2getherx0 @Factoryguy1968, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. There are situations in which your arm may be still but you could be moving or walking. This may happen when you are pushing a cart or holding bars while walking or doing treadmill. For added sensitivity you can try wearing your device on your dominant hand but select that hand as non dominant on the device’s settings to make it more sensitive to movement. Also make sure your hands are moving so the device can properly track your steps. Additionally please restart your device.

Let me know how it goes.

Ian having the same problem. My Charge 2 is tracking my steps, but only showing calories on my dashboard. It doesn't seem to syncing correctly with my iPad. I have tried restarting the Charge 2, turning off Bluetooth and force syncing. Still no luck.
