On November 22, my band fell off my Charge 2. I searched for a new one and received it a few days ago. Had a lot of trouble getting it to attach. Now my Charge 2 has a totally black screen - nothing. I plugged it in for 24 hours - nothing. I look at the app on my phone and it says syncing (shows 5%) and suddenly stops. Any suggestions to get it started again?

I understand how frustrating this could be and noticed that you already got in touch with our Support Team and received assistance @Aish786.
@Kiera88, thank you for letting us know that you have followed all the steps. Have you tried changing your tracker's clock face?

I have followed all the steps but it still won't start,I have the charge 2 ,on app it says battery is 100% when I attach charger it doesn't vibrate just a blank screen..
Best AnswerTo restart your tracker please do the following: Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter. Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely. Your tracker should start charging.
