Charge 3 Died with Full Battery and Screen is Distorted

I charged up my Charge 3 so that it had a full charge and when I woke up it was completely shut down and wouldn’t turn on. I thought somehow it hadn’t charged properly and had the battery had drained and died, so I plugged it in and then recharged it u til it again had a full charge. However when it turned back on the battery said it already had a fair amount of charge in it, and the screen also looked distorted (several black lines through the screen). I wore it that night and when I woke up in the morning, I saw that it was completely dead again even though it had spent all day charging.

Thanks for getting back  to us @NatalieG95. I'm  sorry to hear that your Charge 3 died.

Please try restarting your tracker in order to light it up again.

Have you noticed if the battery stopped charging too?

I restarted it. It turned on after this but the screen had more black lines through it. It only held a charge for several hours and then died again. I charged it back up and wore it for a couple hours, more black lines across the screen and it was very dim even though fully charged. Then the screen went black and I would touch the side to light up the screen and it would vibrate but the screen remained black. And then it died again. Has not turned back on even while charging.
