My Fitbit charge 2 will no longer turn on. The only time anything shows up on the screen is when I plug it in, at which point the Fitbit symbol and the firmware version pop up briefly. I left it plugged in for several hours, and it made no difference. I have tried several of the different troubleshooting steps that I have found for similar problems, and nothing seems to work. It had been working fine up till this point.
