My fitbit charge 2 is not working. It turned on for a while when I'm charging and suddenly it's stopped. Now it's not charging also. I thought it's charging issue. But charger is working fine. 

There is some issue with fitbit. What to do now? Anyone please suggest some ideas.

I had a similar problem. Working fine at the start of my walk and completely blank screen by the end of my walk despite having 70% charge.

I tried attaching the charging cable and pressing the button on the side to reset but it was completely dead.

You could try resetting.

I contacted Fitbit Chat in the end but have had to purchase a new one as no longer covered by warranty.
