Hello,
My charge 3 is 1.5 years old. it was working well, but suddenly it starting vibrating continuously and when I saw it, the screen was glitching between the main screen and other displays like the (DND and sleep screen). Also, the button stopped working or I don't feel it doing vibrating or anything. I tried restarting it many times, initially, it didn't even restart, but after many tries, I could see the smiley face. But again, the glitching and vibrating are still there. can anyone help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @La_vanya.
Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Charge 3 before contacting us.
In addition to the regular restart you can perform a long restart:
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Now I don't have any display, it is blank and I can't get the screen on. When I press the button, I could feel the vibration. depending on how long I press I could feel a short or long vibration. I tried connecting to the charging cable and restart it, still no use, it is blank and there is no display. Let me know how I could get the screen back. Maybe I can try the above steps after that.
