Charge 2 won’t work

I can’t get my Charge 2 to charge or work at all. Even after trying to reset.

Mine froze at 5.30 on 22nd June and I have tried everything to get it back to life with no success...

How long has your Charge 2 been sitting with a dead battery @mjw511?

Batteries quickly get destroyed in this state.

That should not be a problem. @mjw511 

Have you both tried a restart by plugging into its powered up charger and holding the button in for 12-15.
