Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for trying a new charger. As @SteveH said you can try Fitbit's online instructions that he shared with you. I would like to know the results of this or if you need further assistance as I could create a ticket with Support on your behalf.
