I have changed phones and now it wont sync. Also got my a/c hacked. Managed now to change password tks to fitbit team. App on phone doesn't work. Samsung S10. Don't think comparable?
How do I sync?

@Pmtonks, the Samsung S10 is not yet on the Compatible Devices list, the S9+ is the most recent version certified as compatible. That may be your problem. Some devices that are not on the Compatible Devices list work fine, and some don't.
Best AnswerI'm having this problem too. Have a Galaxy S10 and never had a problem until just recently. I sync it when I get up to see sleep info. The last few days it won't sync. I have to go into the App Manager and force quit the Fitbit app. Open the app again and it will sync with the usual pull-down motion.
