Charge 2 wont sync

I've had this issue for a long time. My charge 2 wont sync. I have tried all the suggestions.  It will sync and then the next day or next time trying to sync it no longer syncs. I do not know if it's the Fitbit or the app or both. I had started a thread before and after initial response did not receive additional information.  Please help. Again. I have already tried the suggested steps.

I've been having the same issue until yesterday.  Now my phone won't recognize my fitbit at all with bluetooth.  I have no issues finding and bluetoothing to other devices.  I've even tried unpairing all bluetooth devices to see if it would fine my fitbit.  Didn't work either.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ .

It's bad that a response cant even be given and the same fix issue is always provided yet its does not work

Agree.  I did 'reset' my fitbit again, and it seemed to fix the problem.  Question still remains, why does it only last for a short period of time.

I had the same problem I had to call customer service and the set it up with u on the phone. That’s the only way.
