My charge 2 wont work unless its charging, I assume it may be a problem with the battery but I’m sure.

@Gengar66 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working unless it is charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
