I fell that you have robbed me out of my hard earned money. My charge2 has had its wrist band replaced 3 times now in just over 2 years . Now i am told that it will not be replaced because the tracker is out of warranty but the band is only 4 months old and i believe that it alone should have a 12 month warranty. You will gladly sell me another one but if i buy one will that have a 12 month warranty ? Then what happens after that is replaced because of the cheap rubbish plastic you use ?

This probably won't satisfy you, but you can buy third-party bands from Amazon in many colors, materials, designs at very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
