Sorry  don’t know about Fitbit but how about not fit for purpose!! Had my Fitbit for less than 10 months and the strap has broken again.3rd time !! Paid a lot of money for plastic crap !! Really annoyed. Customer service really helpful but fundamentally flawed and they should recall and replace!!! Won’t be buying another Fitbit in a hurry, unless they sort this issue out. And certainly wouldn’t recommend!! Really really annoyed

Charge 2 has been discontinued.  There are many third-party replacement straps in various styles and materials available on Amazon at very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
