I cant Connect my Fitbit charge 2 with Bluetooth I did restart but nothing happened

What error are you receiving @Jacob2705
You should see a message stating the Charge 2 rejected pairing.
Setup must be completely done through the Fitbit app.
There is nothing a user can do through the phones Bluetooth other than remove the tracker as a trusted device.
Your tracker can not be a trusted device when adding the tracker to the user's account.
