Please can any support person help me with my charge 2. The green flashlight suddenly stopped working and it’s not charging any more . I tried restarting but nothing is working. Please please please help me

Same thing happened to me a day ago. It's charged at 80% according to the app, but nothing on the display. Tried restarting. But didn't work. 😕

 

Hope this can be fixed.

No solution I spoke with help desk the only thing they could do was give me a credit for another
