I had a charge 2 that I had for awhile and it finally died, no worries. I bought my husband a charge 2 last Christmas that he never used so I was trying to use that one and every time I try to add it to my devices I am unable to do so. Is this because I already have a charge 2 in the system? The old fit bit will not show anything but a bunch of lines. What does that mean?

Yes, remove your old tracker from your account first.
